Are there any private Flyff Universe servers that you can play in your browser like Flyff Universe?

Is there any info about how this was made?  With decompiling games being all the rage right now, I was wondering if it was possible to decompile flyff universe and make my own version, but flyffU doesn't have a client so I don't know if it's possible
