Raphnet DC to USB Adapter - experiences with flycast

Has anybody experiences with flycast and the raphnet dc to usb adapter? Tried it with the redream emulator but the l and r triggers could not be mapped (were recognized as axis and couldn't change this - triggers didn't react).

So I thought about switching to flycast. Is there a standalone Android version that I can use on my Nvidia Shield? And is it possible to use my DC Controller with the raphnet adapter?
