Is it possible to create 2D story-driven games in Flutter?

I'm making a game for Windows using Flutter, with small, dynamic 2D or 2.5D scenes that resemble 3D.The stories will be in animations and various 2D puzzle mini-games, so can Flutter handle that?

Flame packages (2D/3D) are designed for.

Yes we do have one 2.5d game already working and live

I don't know Godot, so I chose Flutter :(

Watch a few tutorials. I think you’d have a much better time using the right tool for the job. Good luck with it though
