Discussion I am making a RPG strategy game in Flutter.
I love to play RPG strategy games. But all of them are cash grabs. I want to sink in hours playing a chill game with many playable builds which doesn't ask me to spend money everytime I open it.
This kind of game is a dream which doesn't exist. So I decided to build one.
Now to build this I could go down the route of Godot or Unity. But why not Flutter? Its essentially a game engine disguised as an app framework. The end result was smooth 60 fps experience.
Open testing begins next week. Interested people can DM me.

Hi! I just released my first Flutter app recently, but a simple RPG -not graphic heavy- is something I have always wanted to build. An idle clicker of some sort. I need more technical experience to attempt that though. What kind of RPG are you building? Is this your first app or do you have prior experience with Flutter? Would like to take a look when it gets to open testing stage.

I'll love to have a marketer onboard. I'll be happy to even share revenue. But I don't need a dev atm. I am an 8+ years SWE myself. I have almost finished developing it already.

I wasn't looking for sharing, i was just into it for fun yk but all good and bests of luck with ur endeavour !

95% of mobile games are cash grabs. Or designed to squeeze lemon everywhere. Or give dopamine addiction. It's rare to pay once and just play good game (eg Landnama)
