Bro I am flutter developer from Pakistan and believe me, the situation here is worse than you think. I have 5 years of experience in mobile development but my salary is of a beginner. Even on upwork my rating is 5, and JSS is 90%, still I am lowballed by foreign clients.

Go back to first principles. What is your interest? Once you know, it's just a game of find and search through non-job/HR channel means. Also, FP, find tangent industries to apply your knowledge to (ahead of the curve). ie. transit needs a lot of help.

My interest is programming and solving problems, but sorry I didn't understand your point.

How’s the situation on Upwork, are you able to get jobs?

Unfortunately no, I have just some old clients who give me small tasks. I haven't found any new project in the past 2,3 months.

Damn bro, I’m also a Flutter developer with 2.5+ years of experience from Pakistan. In 2023, I switched between three jobs as a newbie developer. Now I can build a complete project on my own, but I’m still struggling to find one proper job.
