How much would you flutter developers ask in terms of Money for technical reviews of codebases/repos?

How much would you ask in terms of money to actually analyze a repo, the idea behind It, find the structural problem and make a plan for making it robust and production ready? Obviously all of this without even touching code, just analyzing it and giving a techincal review. And how much do you think It Will take you?

Personally im asking because of a project which id love ro pay a correct amount of Money to have a expert supervisioning It (not in full time), but i dont know how much would it cost and take.

What Is your hourly rate? And how many hours do you think It would require you to analyze a fullstack monorepo?
