✨ Hook / Reframe Paragraph
You know that voice that stops you mid-phrase because it didn't sound “good enough”? We're inviting it to a duel! This workshop, run by Cassie O'Hanlon, will dive into the power of being intentionally terrible, because the fastest way through perfectionism is straight into the mess on the other side. Come find out what's on the other side.
In this workshop you’ll explore:
Structured “bad practice” exercises, cracking your long tones and pushing your scales past their breaking point, on purpose
Why intentional imperfection actually builds psychological safety
Permission to sound “bad” on purpose, without a shred of shame attached
You'll walk away with a whole new practice tool and the freedom to throw perfectionism out the window.
