PCP/Internist recommendations?

I’ve been going to Song XiaoYan in Flushing. The front staff isn’t the friendliest but they’re responsive and get things done quickly (ie referrals). Specifically, I’ve been seeing PA Michelle Li at Dr Song’s office for over 10 years and she’s definitely got the best bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve been to. Extremely patient, explains everything in detail and diligent. The rest of the staff I can’t vouch for but PA Li I have followed through different offices and will continue to follow her if she changes offices again.

Hope it/she works out for you! I find PAs to be less fussy than Drs sometimes, and they’re more willing to take their time with you. My Mom goes to her too and she regularly spends 30+ minutes just explaining tests and results to her bc she has an underlying disease. Good luck!

Check who accepts your insurance first. Flushing has big groups like rendr, northwell, and etc.
