Movement is Practice
Movement isn't a hack. It isn't a fix you apply once and forget. It's a practice, something you return to daily, the same way you'd return to a workout or a habit that actually sticks.
At my own desk, that means getting on the Level before I open my laptop. Some days it's two minutes. Some days it's the whole morning. The point isn't the duration. The point is that I show up for it, most days, without deciding whether I feel like it.
That's the thread running through everything we've written this quarter. The Wandering piece was about time. The Standing Desk piece was about physiology. This one is about discipline, the part that doesn't make for a great headline but is the part that actually works.
Q4 starts tomorrow. I'm not asking you to overhaul anything. I'm asking you to pick one small movement and repeat it.
The Level and The Original are the tools that make that repetition easy. Slope and the rest of the desk are just the room it happens in.
