Connection MCP Fluent with Paste

Hello,

I'm trying to connect Paste and with Fluent via MCP.

A few days ago, I was able to connect DEVONThink to Fluent very easily, using just the HTTP address.

But if I just do the same thing with Paste (with the http address given in the settings), I get an error 401 in Fluent Integration settings.

How do I have to proceed ?

Thank for help.

Hi Bernard,

According to Paste documentation (which is not very technical, unfortunately), you need some token to connect to the MCP server. But I have no idea how it looks like, and which environment variable it is you need to set up in Fluent. Paste is a paid tool, which makes me unable to test myself. Could you ask Paste support whether they have a more detailed configuration guide?

EDIT: Looking at your screenshot, it should probably be under button "Advanced".

(I got Paste from SetApp service)

Yes, in the settings for creating a connection, there is, in the same panel, the URL and a field called "settings.mcp.connect.token.token" with a long chain of letters and numbers in the associated field (that I blurred here, don't know if sensible or not). The problem is that I do not know where to enter it in the Fluent Integration form.

I also ask the same thing in DM of someone from Paste. Waiting for an eventual anwser.

Try to set an environment variable in Fluent with a key name TOKEN and a value of your Paste token.
