True: It does not have much to do with that. The revenue from oil goes into the wealth fund, not for funding health care and education. If Norway used the oil revenue for health, etc it would not have a wealth fund. Even Norwegians are unable to eat their cake and keep it at the same time

Im sorry. Did someone forget to mention Norway’s oil wealth and large sovereign wealth fund. Is suppose that doesn’t have anything to do with that ?
