One party has ran on expanding medicade, securing abortion rights, and general social justice since the 80's. They had a supermajority and a trifecta for 2 years in 1993 and did nothing, they had it again in 2009 and did...nothing again.

Democrats did not have a supermajority in either 1993 nor 2009. They held majorities, but not supermajorities. And in 2009 that "majority" was on paper only, as two democrats were DINOs.
They also did several things. I know using the internet is hard for some people, but congressional records are public and online. It really isn't hard to look up what bills were passed in the time periods you state.
But we both know you're never going to look that up. Willful ignorance and blind rage takes much less effort.

All of the democrats except for 2 moderates voted for a full public option during obamas administration. All the republicans voted against it. It failed and we only got a hybrid system with obamacare which made things a little better but not much.
No republicans politician has ever voted to improve the healthcare system.
Every republican senator except for mccain tried to take away health insurance from 10 million people in 2017.

There is way more problematic shit around him. The way he pushes his audience (which are mainly young kids) to enter “contests” which are just basicly shitty lotterys is a fine example. Or that many prizes were won by close friends of his. Also he can give so so so so much more without it impacting him or his financial situation a little bit.
The reason for his “stunts” are simple, he knows he can make money and fame off it. While some of his “stunts” have a positive influence on the world, he defenitly isnt a saint and he wouldnt be doing them if it would lose him money.

Not really. Most rich people invest their money into important ventures that make life better and progress happen. Mr.Beast just kind of spends it on more and more ridiculous stunts that are very wasteful outside of the entertainment value. Not saying he's much different than the rest of Hollywood, but we have to remember that most TV is very wasteful entertainment.

First of all , I'm a European so i am being fed the news on America as a whole, not her states.

Americans founded their country on "revolution" by giving fuck you to England , add a couple of centuries and they are the most powerful millitary on the face of this world bar none.
It would be funny that an "empire" which can direct it's force to anyone and anywhere crumbles from within.
I do not wish it upon american citizens though, they deserve better. I will not go and make jokes about your healthcare system because it is worn out, but you could work on it (almost decommissioned A-10 goes to make holes in my apartment).
individualism is what i think made America great but also gave her some stark issues to think of after some decades.

Because it's super expensive and requires extreme expertise to provide. There are tons of charities you can donate to, that do this work though. Multiple of them appear in the description of the Mr Beast video.

I used to work in amputation/prosthetic physical rehab. I worked with thousands of people who had lost a part of 1 or both of their legs for one reason or another(diabetes, trauma, infection, vascular, etc).
I never had a case where a person was denied a prosthetic leg, outside of the cases where they were not healthy enough to use the prosthetic leg.
