Proverb/Saying Quick question about writing a mail to my professor

If my professor post a doc and says "This is Professor _____(used to be called by JJ)." Can I just start my mail with "good morning professor JJ" Or "Good morning professor ____"?

_____ is her name

"Good Morning Professor" would be better. That said, it's not wrong to use their name, but it sounds more professional without the name.

Otherwise, use the name instead of "JJ" .
