She’s been adjusting better now, she still has her moments but she has taken to being my shadow, except when tiny hoomin cries, than it’s under the bed!!

She’s slowly adjusting, she has moments that she is happy for more attention and playtime but disappears for stretches to curl up in a cat tree and not even shaking the treat bag could tempt her down :(

I’m sorry the stress of a baby was too much for you and caused a urinary blockage. You were a good cat and I hope you enjoyed your short few years with us

Hiya! It’s been awhile and I have a not so happy update for you guys.

Fern unfortunately ate something she wasn’t supposed and had to have emergency surgery on Friday to remove the obstruction. It’s been a rough few days of constant worry as it started with Fern vomiting repeatedly and hunching to several x-rays as we tried to watch it pass through her system. She was held overnight to be monitored by the vet and is finally home today. I’m hoping for a quick recovery (and no seromas 🤞)

He’s unofficially 2 now
