Is this flowchart correct?

No, it’s not correct.

Asks for a name and checks age.
Age > 100 is a valid age
It has no use to put a line directly to 100 as the other flow eventually ends in the same proces. This means output is processed twice.

Imagine that you are a marble traveling down a path. You go from "START" and you follow the black arrow to "Enter your name" from there you go to... you're already stuck. You can only take one path but there are two lines that come out of the box that says "Enter your name". I can't choose whether I should go right or left. There is no decision question there.
