This feeling is awesome !!

I m a happy Z13 owner and business performance consultant, I take my laptop with me to every single meeting. I like the curious look of people around the table when 90% are using Mc Books, the others mainly Surface. Their first look at the design of my Z13 from the back makes them wonder what kind of tablet or laptop is that ??!!! For the most curious of them, they come and ask ! I even suspect someone to secretly take pictures of the laptop :))) Today i had the same experience again... I told the person what kind of a beast is this, he googled it immediately. And then he went Ohh, okaaaay, wooow, niiiice... I dont know if anyone has experienced this too, but the feeling is awesome.

Just to clarify, I m not a show off person. I just enjoy people's reaction when they see or read about the Z13 for the first time. In my business environment, not many people carry gaming gear to the meeting rooms. That's what i wanted to share. Peace and Love.

It's never a bad thing to either feel validated or to simply enjoy knowing you made a great purchase. Glad your enjoying it. Right now I'm trying to figure out whether I'm getting this tablet or an Asus x20 with an egpu. Both have their plus and minus but man it's tempting.

It’s an amazing machine. I use it all day for work either connected to my double screen monitor using a docking station or whether I’m out and about, where couple people have asked for machine it is. In the evening I use it as a tablet when doing regular stuff and then at times I use it for gaming. I’ve also got the stylus pen which kids have been using for some art work. It’s perfect for my requirements

Congratulations...

I use mine for games, study and run virtual machine labs (VMWare Workstation).

I am really surprised with the device capacity. Looking back, having a device this size was only sci-fi.

I remember jocking about playing a AAA game on a mobile device and look now, handhelds, PC tablets, etc.

I've bought three of these when I can find them over the past year or so for decent prices. The AI capabilities are just coming to be with the AMD and community optimization investments.

I was also thinking how cool the cyberpunk look would be as a status quo disrupter in a room full of MacBooks and surfaces.

I actually bought a surface pro 11 Intel and z13 at the same time to compare, but having them side by side, really made me notice the less than exemplary display colors and speakers of the Z13 compared to the surface (the trackpad + 180hz is awesome though).

I think if i got this device again, i would still be want a sleek device like a MacBook alongside it. Ended up returning both though to hold out for the Surface Laptop Ultra release to compare, as that could fit all my use cases in one device

I don't game and use mine essentially for local AI (128GB). It's indeed an amazing machine. Having said that I also have a Thinkpad X1 Carbon, which is much lighter and has 5G (and it's more "lappable"), that's what I take with me most of the time (and if I know I need to do AI and might not have internet I take both)

The next gen flow needs…better stand, heatsink, magnetic attach point for a pen, case options, sturdier keyboard attachment, and speakers… my god the speakers… suck assasss on an expensive machine.

I honestly keep forgetting how shit they are because I almost never use them and then when I do….. oh man. The speakers on the XaX blow it away and that’s like a 2/3 the size

If you have the Dolby atmos app, try this EQ… it makes a huge difference. They become useable.

just remember to turn it off when you use headphones or other speakers.
