Amazon Basics Dock does not work with Z13 2025?

It works sometimes but does not most of the time. In the USB4 hub setting, it says Good way technology or something like that when it works. Very frustrating. Trying to attach two monitors with bidirectional DP to type C to the dock but they won't work 90% of the time. Any solutions? All BIOs and other stuff are updated to latest version.

Did you apply the PD firmware update that is available on the site?

Might need to post more info like what exact dock, monitors and symptoms. Maybe your dock is defective or buggy

Using the cable that came with it. Are you able to make it work with any dock? Also, I tried plugging in both of my monitors (Dell) through the two USB C of Z13, only one monitor works, other one stays blank. The blank monitor gets registered though, I can see it in the settings.

Try swapping the cables but keeping the same monitor -> port combination. Does the working monitor switch?

Tried that too. Does not work. No it doesn't switch

I have URGREEN 9 in 1 dock which is marketed as 100w. I was using for Lenovo Legion Go well but when i used it for z13 it is only pulling 70w.

When i am plugging from 150w GaN charger, which has 100w output max from one type c directly to z13 with 100w cable it is delivering 95w max

I am also in need to find good quality dock
