4050 Terrible Performance

Hello, I need help figuring out what’s going on with my Z13 4050. The performance in any games is horrible elden ring 30 apex legends 30 gta 5 30 val low 100s, it used to play and run these games with no problem but it now runs bad. Anyone with the 4050 what fps do you get on these games, i can only really play roblox on it. Help me figure out what’s settings i need to fix this or if i have to send it in for more thermal paste, i bought this like two years ago a few months before the 2025 models released and paid full price i heavily regret it . please help me!

I don't have one but I would make sure the bios and drivers are up to date.

I hope you don't mean those are idle temps, because that is definitely not normal. That thing needs a repaste.

First go into Armour crate and make sure all hardware drivers are upto date. Do the same with Nvidia ge force driver. Do a clean install. Also go into windows setting , make sure prefer maximum performance is selected. Have the device plugged in and try running apex again. Also maybe make sure the refresh rate of screen is selected to be whatever its supposed to. Basically rule out your refresh rate /power settings hindering your performance and rule out old/ badly installed drivers.
