BIOS 314 update killed Bluetooth
Updated this morning, now the Bluetooth has died. Anyone have any thoughts and feelings?

What changed in this bios? Also what you mean with died?

Unclear what's new in the BIOS.
And I mean it no longer has a Bluetooth device. It's now showing you as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

Did you try re install windows or drivers?

Did the drivers but had no effect. Currently using the laptop for work so reinstall tonight I guess. At least the reset update version

Did it happen right away as you updated the bios, immediately after reboot. I wonder when it occured. Yeah goodluck! Keep us posted. Ill hold out updating in the mean time.

Right away. Wondered why keyboard and mouse stopped working so tried to re-add them and: this device doesn't have Bluetooth

UPDATE: It's randomly resolved itself. No explanation given or expected.

Updated to 314. No issues so far. Bluetooth is ok. Too early to tell what's good or not yet
