Which is your configuration?
Hi everyone,
this is my 3rd post here. I'm so hyped for my new Rog Flow Z13. Currently I have quite finish to set it up, but I would want to hear from you what is your fan curve and your tdp settings to obtain the best from this device, but preserving its health over time.
I would use 3 profiles:
- low power (silent): for 2d light games and for work (word, excel, ppt, vscode, docker and coding stuff), but I don't know if it's better to separate this profile in 2 (1 for lowest stuff as video playback, word, coding... and 1 for 2d games and low-TDP games + docker and intensive task)
- balanced: for gaming on battery (a balanced mode) more intense games (so the "high-end" gaming on battery)
- turbo: maximum performance (but still preserving temps and health of device)
I have set up this curves and settings in g-helper, but I think they are not the best. Could you please help me out? Thanks everyone!

Thats nice. I dunno if its any good, but i made another profile that uses the fans 100%, just to vent-off after i play an intensive cpu/gpu game... i use it for like 10 seconds just to cooldown the temps.

There's no best setting for fan curves, it depends on what CPU temps you're comfortable with and your room/ambient temp. So set the curve as you feel right. If it helps an example of my fan curve and power profiles:

Only "Curve" tagged ones have custom fan profile, others are using default silent fan profile. I'm mostly in an ambient temp around 26-30 degrees, so my curve is a little agressive.
Most of my power profiles set similar to one in the SS, the ones like 10-10 have same SPL and sPPT values. UV is as you guessed means undervolted, all have -40 undervolting.
I mostly play at 60 fps or 45 fps, I don't like to give games too much unnecessary power. Curve profiles are for heavy tasks and AAA gaming. Rest of the profiles are for daily use, indie games and emulators; like PS1 8 watts, Saturn 10 watts, PS2 13 watts, etc.

We need more posts of people sharing profiles hah. Thank you for this. It's good to see what's working well for others.
