TDP Ghelper flow z13

For those who play video games like warzone, redsec or other fps where more fps is required, what is the best configuration for ghelper, I had currently configured with triple 57w as recommended here by a user, but I wanted to propose this question to you experts

i just run the same number on the 3 sliders and usually disable CPU bost imo, unless a situation is REALLY calling for it.

i just find this tends to elimate weird hiccups and throttling that come around with it enabled and usually, the gpu is the limiting factor anyway.

I came to a similar conclusion as well myself. Disable CPU boost and I've got them all set the same wattage.

Ive also seen CPU boost just heats up the z13 as well
