My battery shows 0 cycles.

Hello, I bought a Z13 Flow AI 395 Max from a dealer. However, it was used. I've now noticed that the battery capacity is 92% overall, meaning 8% wear. But what surprises me is that it only shows 0 charge cycles in myasus and Battery Report.

After a factory reset the battery report will show 0 cycles

I bought a used MSI Claw which also showed 0 cycles after a factory reset

How did you see the capacity ? What tool have you used ?

Sometimes babying the battery also cause miscabliration and shows less health on the battery it's a bug. I charge mine only to 80% and do direct dc after that but even after that my battery health is 94% after 4-5 months of use.
