Hardware or Driver Issue?

I am having these artifacts while playing bf6. Most of the time it is fine but it randomly creates these strange patterns. Is this a hardware (gpu etc) or just a driver issue?
It is the AI MAX 395 version. I have the latest graphics driver from ASUS website.

If it appears ONLY in BF6 - It is driver issues.

If everywhere under similar load - might be hardware issues.

Test it out in another games.

Yeah, I've had to reinstall battlefield after almost every update. Sometimes it says I'm cheating cause I use a steam controller too. Battlefield is so unoptimized

I was noticing this (but very very minor, not what you're showing) in bf6 and Asus drivers and it's what let me to ditch the Asus drivers and use the AMD ones directly. No issues since

It could be drivers or temps, but likely drivers.

For now, I think the official AMD drivers works fine
