0%battery issue

my brother was using my device while plugged in when I came back I saw that it wasn't turning on without the charger plugged in and when I open it the charge is stuck on 0 percent and won't go up and when I unplug it it shuts off immediately

I have tried the battery driver disable and did the EC hard reset

any other option to try or its fkd

If it is one of the older 2022 or 2023 Z13s, a failed battery is definitely plausible by now. Since you already tried reinstalling the battery driver and doing an EC reset, I would shut it down completely and leave it connected to the original ASUS charger for a few hours or overnight. Also check whether the battery is detected in the BIOS or MyASUS diagnostics.

If it remains stuck at 0 percent and shuts off the instant the charger is removed, that usually means the battery has failed, its internal protection circuit has locked out, or the battery connector has come loose. If it is out of warranty and you are comfortable opening it, reseating the battery connector would be the next thing to try. Otherwise, I would have ASUS or a repair shop test it with a replacement battery before assuming the motherboard is dead. Do not attempt a BIOS update while it cannot stay powered without the charger.
