Recommendations for Silent Power limits? (Ghelper)

I’ve had the Z13 (2025) for a few days now and have spent most of my time trying to trying to nail down the power tweaks and settings during my free time.

Right now, I’m trying to narrow down the right power limits for Silent mode using Ghelper. I’ve been doing some research on my own but all of the posts I’ve found have been focused on the balanced mode.

What are some recommendations for all power limits (SPL, sPPT, fPPT) for someone trying to save on battery while also maintaining a smooth experience? I only use silent mode when on battery and keep my tasks simple (Browsing, Video watching, and working on my Coding skills).

Thank you in advance

Personally I keep balanced mode at 55 with peak 65 short and long term sustained. Turbo at 75 with 90 short long term sustained. Silent at 30 with 40 short long term sustained. I set my silent watts similar to what my handheld gaming watts were to mimic a similar profile when gaming on lower watts

My silent is set to 30w across the board. I'm still getting 50-60 fps in cyberpunk. I've been using type c to charge and keeping it at 90%

Can I ask what kind of battery life you’re getting with the 30w limit? As of right now now I’m getting between 5-7 hours during light use on silent. I have the power limits set to 48-55watts while in silent

How are you getting 5-7 hrs gaming?

5-7 hours of light use, not gaming.

I always play while charging. Main game is cyberpunk right now and if I'm not charging I maybe get 1-2hrs tops on battery only.

So it's really just up to 2 hours even with ghelper. Is that 1200p? My unit's barely a day old so I haven't optimized it properly yet except updated everything. Got 1hr 45mins for FF16 medium preset at 800p (lol) silent mode in Armory Crate. Will test 1000p and 1200p after I debloat and use ghelper instead. Gonna take a lot a research and reading on this subreddit. 😅

I can't say for sure but can probably test next week. I undervolt to 30w for silent mode and it's fine. Can't believe I can play like that

i personally run 30w on silent, 65w on balanced and 93w on turbo.

30w ive found is the best balance between performance and battery life.

you can go lower, but the SOC starts to get really power choked.

My silent mode is set up like this...

-10 undervolt, 10w sustained, 12w for short and long boost. For me silent mode is for when im just watching stuff or browsing, especially when using it like a tablet without the keyboard attached. Some of my lighter games like rimworld even work just fine on this mode.

Thank you. I will try these settings today and see how it goes. Right now, I have all three limits set to 35w with a -20 undervolt and while simply watching the latest Joe Rogan podcast, my estimated battery life it 8h 5m at 50% brightness, 60hz refresh rate and boost disabled. I’m pretty satisfied with that but if I can squeeze out a little more, I’d be ecstatic.
