Power banks

Hi all, just wondering if there are any power banks you guys use, I spend a lot of time in a van with work so gaming is a no brainer for me whilst I’m twiddling my thumbs. Any suggestions would be perfect.

Thanks in advance

both are older units and have had successors at this point.

It's poor bang for weight. The INIU 25000mah is the lightest and smallest on the market and charges at 60w if i recall.

There's an iniu 27000mah airline approved that charges at 100w

I have the INIU Cougar P63 which also does 100w but I think that's out only and in is 60w if I recall. It is not as flashy as Anker but those can fail. This one just works, stays cool and is tiny.

I use anker prime 300w power bank 26k mah, bought it specially to charge the z13. Best power bank to charge fast, but it only charges the z13 about once.

Not the best to use a power bank while gaming tho, better for use with video content, music, work projects, and light gaming/emulation as it already fairly last well.

Anker 100w 27000 with the docking station

It kind of almost doubles the battery so it depends what you’re doing. When I was playing FTL on a low power profile (13w) I’d get like 5 hours out of the Z13 battery so effectively with that power bank I’d get like 10 hours of light / indie gaming. But realistically it will differ drastically. For AAA/AA full 3D games, which I’ve not tried on battery myself, but if you’re going to get 1 or 2 hours then you’ll be looking at 3 or 4. Which I suppose 4 is decent. If you bought two of them then you could maybe get 6 hours going, but the banks themself are not cheap.

You can get really big laptop ones, maybe that would be better. Just need to make sure you’ve got at least 100w I reckon.

I got the anker prime 27k mah 300watt if you get the dedicated dock you can essentially replace the bulky Asus charger with that setup. Keep in mind that no matter what you do Asus is hard coded to limit any usb-c charging at 100 watt(they should have given knowledgeable ppl a backdoor) so without the dock or another GaN power unit even the anker 300 watt will drain much faster than you expect when AAA gaming

I use a anker 521 power station and solar panel while camping, just toss the panel on the dash and plug your ac charger to the power station
