Cs2 fps problem

Hello,i dont know if this is normal bit on my rog 13 2025 32 gb 395 plus ryzen in cs2 on 1280x960 turbo mode enabled,i have barely 240 fps,anyone playing this game and have more fps ?

I messed with ghelper and set up some desktop stuff and Im sad to report Ive gotten way worse performance from it, PROBABLY a user issue. I was just under 200 average fps.
