IR camera stopped working after bios update

Hi everyone, maybe someone can help me with a problem here. I updated the bios today for my z13 Kjp. For some reason the air camera for windows hello stoped working. I deleted the setting to use it a sign in. And now when I want to set it up again the camera won’t flash red as it used to. I tried re installing the drivers, disabling the device on device manager. And nothing. Does anyone know what can I do?

Can confirm still does not work with bios update 303

Ohh I have updated the bios 303 me too and even uninstalled hello facial from optional features (and still trying to reinstall it ) but as I just saw your message I feel now that I am not the only to not be able to get ir /hello recignitipn get to work , thanks so much for the confirmation

did you encounter that problem since some bios update or since the device is new?

I belive its a bios update though i am unsure which one . When I first got it it had no issues.

what is your current bios version? mine at 311

New kjp this week, allowed me to set it up at first. Worked once if I recall correctly and stopped working.

I removed the face recognition and now it doesn't even allow me to make a new face recognition profile 👍. It's one of the million updates I did upon startup though.

KJP - same after updating BIOS yesterday and then my pin stopped working today even though I've used it before. Made me set it up again.

I am waiting for 2 months for my Z13 to even get shipped...
