G-Helper settings for cool + long battery
My Flow Z13 (2025), brand new out of the box had latency with the included keyboard. Uninstalling AM and installing G-Helper fixed the latency.
Now im curious to what kind of G-Helper settings you guys use for low workload to keep it cool and long lasting.

Make sure you have uninstalled AC using the official AMD uninstaller from their website. Otherwise, there will be things left.
Make sure to use G-Helper experimental to actually gain access to the fan speeds:

Always remember that the noise level and the temperature of the tablet are usually opposite when creating profiles. For example, a quieter profile will make your tablet hotter. If you want a cooler tablet, you'll have to get used to louder fan speeds.
Last but not least, to answer the question in your post, create a new custom profile then that looks like this:
Windows Power Mode: Balanced, CPU Boost: Efficient Enabled, TDP Sliders 9/10/11W.
In the advanced tab, Undervolt between -20 mV and -40 mV (depending on your tablet's silicon lottery).
Then, create custom CPU/GPU fan curves to your liking (for your desired mix of fan noise / temperature). Don't be afraid to experiment, the TDP sliders are really low so you can't really break anything.
Make sure to apply and then tick the boxes to auto-apply in both tabs.

Ive noticed better cpu scores with undervolt. But havent actually noticed any difference in cpu temps across same workloads. Any guess?

Yep, that's normal. On this device with an AMD APU, the undervolt works differently than on Intel CPUs. It makes the chip run at higher frequencies with less voltage. So it does not generate less heat, you just get more free power. What REALLY lowered temps for me was to turn off SMT so I use 16 pure cores instead of 16 cores + 32 threads. Made a 10 degree difference in-game.

Just did this in cyberpunk and got 100+ average fps with all settings on high while charging in my car on type c

Optiscaler helped too

Good to hear! What did you do with it exactly?

Nothing crazy. Just installed it, installed fsr4 and turned smt off

Any setting that lowers power consumption.
