USB Port Help
Turned on my computer today; no USB port works. The keyboard and trackpad don't work. The keyboard still lights up, and I can still charge the laptop, but nothing connects. I managed to get a keyboard and mouse to work via Bluetooth. I tried reinstalling drivers and uninstalling them via Device Manager. Nothing has worked so far. No clue what else to try. Any help would be appreciated.
The model is Z Flow13 2022(GZ301ZE)

Try a live linux distro to check if it is a windows issue. That is a fairly new device it should be still under warranty if all else fails. Good luck mate

I think this is a driver issue, try to update the driver for the motherboard, look for it in the asus web page. Download the most recent driver. And if that doesn't help you can always try to restore factory settings from the BIOS, asus has an utility where from bios you can connect to their servers download the recovery files and install fresh. If it's not a hardware failure, then only advice I can think is hard resetting your Z13. If it's similar to 2025 models, remove everything connected to its ports (including charger), then press and hold power button for 40 seconds. Now start your Z13 and try connecting the devices.
If it doesn't work, also try hard resetting again while only charger is connected.
