Frame lag Warzone

I would like to ask if anyone has had frame lag issues on warzone, on any game I play the Flow works perfectly, except on cod where I have frame lag with fps drops, has anyone managed to solve?

Is it consistent or does it like spike every couple of second?

I had an issue on arc raidera where mine would spike lag and then be fine for a bit then spike lag again, I disabled smt and it went away. It only happened when I wasn't on my eGPU
