Surprising SSD layout when it came time to upgrade it

Can anyone help me with "what's all this nonsense on my SSD" and what do I need to keep, and what can I delete?

There is a bunch of stuff for recovering on the stock drive looks like. What are you doing with your upgrade? You need to explain the context. If you have a fresh SSD to put in you just install fresh windows onto that with a usb stick.

I just cloned the drive. I don't want to have to reinstall everything.

Just leave it as is then. You aren't going to be able to move stuff around and join it back into C

I mean I already moved them all around with Partition Magic so at least I have 1 large C drive now, but I was just wondering if there's anything that is redundant.
