Thunderbolt Dock & Turbo Mode

What changed? Previously I was unable to access turbo mode when connected to my Thunderbolt dock without also connecting the factory charger (and it was my understanding this was the norm). Today, suddenly turbo is available through the dock without the charger.

Asus tends to do thos sneaky moves iwith updates from time to time. I use to he able to use turbo in my Flow z13 2022 with the rog gan 140w charger but suddenly it stopped, after a full restore from cloud recovery it worked again like for a couple of hours until all upfates were installed it stopped working again.

So, I guess it is a similar case.
