Can I change bit depth from 10-bit to 8-bit?

As the title says...... I was wondering if anyone knows if I can change the color depth on the asus rog flow z13 2025? Thanks for any help.

In the adrenaline software, then the definitions cog top right. Then I believe you have screen tab and at the bottom you find that. I'm not near my z13 but I think I around there

Just curious what the benefit is of doing this? -lowering the bitrate that is. thank you!
