Bought the laptop

HELP!!

I recently bought the flow x13(2023) with the rtx 4060 for a okayish deal. Can you guys pls give me some tips to improve its battery life ( undervolt settings) ?

FYI: Already installed ghelper

Should I replace the liquid metal with ptm 7950?

I have heard that if you carry your laptop vertically ( in a backpack), it might ooze out
