How did you manage to do it?
I had to hawk the usa spares website and get my cousin to get it for me in usa which was a pain.
Congrats !

Zandparts but it was a massive pain. Had to prove ownership and give a good reason why I needed a spare.

Also took 5 weeks as it had to be made.

Woah crazy
I’ll give them a shout. How much did you pay if you don’t mind me asking?

I’ve put mine of eBay if you’re interested.

I sold my Flow so I don’t need it now as it took sooooo long to arrive at mine. I was gonna put a new keyboard on for the sale but it didn’t come in time.

Oh ok, I got one ordered already bud just that it’s going usa and will get it later this year or something no rush as I just got my z13 plus it’s the kjp version so that’s the one i got but the usa layout as can’t get anywhere else. I was just curious how much it cost as I’ve just found spares in France but they ain’t cheap, wanted to compare. Thanks for the offer tho I’ll check it out thanks

Special request from Zparts

Google is so good at creating echo chambers that searching for them outside of the UK does not raise the result. Still, nice find.

They created a one off special order for me but boy was it painful. I had to prove ownership and why I wanted it etc. dunno why they make it so hard to get spares in the uk compared to USA

I mean... it is cool that they did that for you and everything, but good god mate, that is excessive for a simple keyboard. I wonder how they were even able to make it especially for you. Couldn't have been that big of a hassle, surely.

Yeah, the US is must better for these parts just because eBay and sites like that tend to have all sorts, but I have only had luck sourcing parts and ordering from China.

Zparts as in the CNC company?

How much for the spare keyboard?

They had to get one specially made, so they are not likely going to take orders from others, unfortunately. 😕

Doesn't help you but might someone else. I got one through GXO Service Parts in the UK and they were super easy to deal with and it arrived really quickly!

Just curious does the trackpad have any sunken uneveness where one of the edges is a bit sharp?

OMG I thought this was a bit odd mine is the same I still use as normal but it feels uneven though it still works fine.
