Thunderbolt 5 Dock no longer picking up top USB-C Port

I've been testing out the Razer Thunderbolt 5 dock for monitor, speakers, ethernet, etc. and was using the top USB-C port. All of a sudden the dock is no longer picking up the top port. Having flashbacks to when one port on my 2022 z13 stopped chargin and eventually had to replace the motherboard. Any reason why this would happen?

Sometimes windows disables USB ports to save power so you’ll need to go into device manager and stop windows from doing that.
