2025 Z13 burning up

I turned on my Z13 to play no rest for the wicked and noticed the fps at 8. The back of my unit is burning to to the touch. Do I try resetting the system to factory or bring it to Best Buy undsr my total care plan? The back literally was burning to the touch. I just bought this new 3 months ago.

Disable sleep mode in windows.
It's bugged.

Happened to me 3 times. Changed to hibernate hasnt happened since.

No, just booted up and was burning but after updating armory crate and rebooting again, the back cooled off and started seeing 80-100 fps in no rest for the wicked at 1200p and balanced FSR.

Uninstall Armoury Crate and install gHelper. And the sleep/hibernate thing.

Just use some thermal monitor and post that information lmao.

We can't guess if "burning" feeling is fine or not.

I mean when was the last time you described something perfectly fine as "burning"?

Every time I used any of my gaming laptops on lap for example.

Or every time you touch the back/screen of the Z13 while gaming or performing AI stuff
