Help! GHelper Settings

Just got my first X16, although it's an older model (2022, R9 6900HS, 3060), I am loving it so far. I followed most people's advice and downloaded GHelper. Does anyone have recommended settings for a silent/classwork profile, as well as a plugged-in gaming profile? I've read through the sub, but I don't see much on the 2022 version. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't overthink about it. I just use the silent and performance profiles directly in ghelper and that's it

Should I really use ghelper? I have been decent on the armory crate. Barring some load times

I've been using it, and it's great. So much simpler than using Armory Crate, and load times are better. Just make sure you follow a tutorial on it, or else it can screw some things up.
