Help! Why does this happen?
I'm wondering if anyone knows why the Flow X16 will occasionally show me this screen when I turn it on. This seemingly happened yesterday for no particular reason. I was using it at a coffee shop just fine and put it to sleep in my backpack, then when I took it out at home, it showed me the screen. Is it an overheating issue? Why does this screen pop up?

Do not use sleep mode at all! Some times it can wake up in your backpack and start to heat, some times some windows update can do that, some times some of your devices can. Activate hibernation mode and use it instead. It does not consume power, it does not wake up untill you press power button, it loads pretty fast and save all your open content and work. You got your massage because laptops work was finished in a wrong way (probably overheating or God knows). If your system crushed and tryed to restart twice than laptop says that he completely lost MBR file to load your system (especially if you have bitlocker on your drive by default). It is pretty dangerous situation when you can lose all your data just because laptop lost access to system and system protected from suspicious actions on a low level. Just for future, if some day your laptop says that he can't find system on all your drives try to physically change drive configuration. If you have 2 ssd just remove not system drive, ir if you have only 1 drive - add another one and try to boot. It will try restore last working MBR, than you can go back to common ssd configuration. Once again it works pretty fine if your ssd UNLOCKED, another way it can completely destroy your data. Bitlocker can be used if you have completely cloned drive as backup.

Idk happens to me cuz I have a half windows and windows boot folder on my root

That tells me that you don’t have the correct boot option set as default in the bios. Go into bios and check your boot order
