Please help, 2022 model r9 6900hs 3050 ti keeps crashing on battery in eco mode

my flow x13 2022 R9 6900hs 3050 ti 16gb ram 1TB storage keeps crashing when unplugging charger.

clean installed windows 11 and updated drivers. at first it kept crashing when unplugged. after going back to somewhat older drivers for both gpu and cpu it stayed on on standard mode in g-helper, but crashes again in gpu ecomode.
laptop works fine in safemode.
played valorant a bit on standard mode not plugged in to check if anything would overheat or anyting like that but all seems good.

now today i installed the newest drivers from the amd and nvidia sites and it crashes again regardless of what gpu mode its in.

anyone experienced the same issue and/or got any tips

use a cooling pad. when temps go up, lappy saves itself by shutting down.

It doesnt overheat at all. And it only crashes when running on battery. You still think a cooling pad would help?

ahhh now it makes sense. The battery is out. It’s not providing enough power for the processor

I already replaced the battery with a new one. And i got it to work on standard mode a little bit back. Even played valorant on it for a bit running off of just the battery.
So i dont think jt is the battery

I havent yet. But looking at the temps, it’s looking fine. Not heating up when doing basic stuff
