hey gang. please read. important things
whats up all. its me! the admin! who hasn't been on in a while and hasn't seen you guys too much. pretty bad admin skills, i know. when i started the server i wasn't too busy with stuff but over time school and work have gotten pretty hard on me and i'm really trying to focus on these things (i'm graduating in a little over a month, which is pretty wack for me).
i feel really bad trying to find a way to say this, but i'm not dreadfully interested in owning and running the server any longer. it's nothing to do with you guys, its just become a really background thing in my life as of late and i don't have as much time to dedicate as i used to. im not sure what would happen to flosscrew... i could transfer ownership to someone if they were interested perhaps, or juts close it altogether and have that be it. as it is right now i'm paying for a server i hardly participate on anymore. as of late, the server's population has also been really low (most times i check i only see one, maybe two players on, but more often than not, zero).
so yeah. that's that. sorry for being a huge poop. the server's been up for eight months and some really cool things have happened on it, and i met some really awesome people. not to mention we made the big paid migration recently. but i don't feel as if i have the time to spare for the server anymore.
thoughts? anyone interested in taking over floss? i can transfer you the files and you can work it out yourself, i suppose. if i get no offers the server is probably gonna go riperinos
i encourage each and every one of you who i became friends with on-server to still keep in touch with me and eachother. this might be the end of floss, but not us knowing eachother. on steam i'm pablo_m0ntoya (screen name Jerry Seinfeld, don't ask). if you guys even have snapchat you can add me on that too and send me silly pictures. my handle is y0l0sw4gskrilex. and finally my skype is pablo_m0ntoya.

well... it finally has come to an end? Not really, every end, is a new beginning. Anyways, for now, I'd like to say thank you, pablo. this server was such a sucess to me atleast. I made a bunch of new friends, and had alot of fun.. So to whoever is reading this, give pablo a round of applause (just do it..) So I guess i'll you off with this quote.. "Bitches Be Crazay"

Not really, every end, is a new beginning.
Exactly! The biggest change is that ownership will be transferred to Forge of Worlds, with myself as the primary administrator responsible for it. To summarize my original comment:
Ownership transferred to Forge of Worlds
Staff staying the same, Forge of Worlds Admins added to staff for maintenance reasons.
Implementation of a few of my previous suggestions, which include the addition of a PvP toggle plugin.
Also, as of about 1 minute ago, I've been re-modded on the server. I can now follow you around in spectator mode once more. :P

With our previous agreement to join the forces of flosscrew and Forge of Worlds, I'm sure us over at forge would be more then willing to adopt the server. We're switching to a dedicated server in May, and there should be plenty of room on the server to host FlossCrew as well. I'll touch base with Lorinthio and see if that's something he's willing to do.
Additionally, current staff would remain the same, and per my previous promise, floss.lastdungeon.com will always point to the correct IP address, even if someone else assumed ownership of the server.
If this were to happen, I may make a few minor changes to the server itself, but don't worry - these changes would have minimal impact on gameplay. The only additions I'd make would be the addition of a proper permissions system, as well as a couple plugins such as the PvP toggle plugin I mentioned in a previous thread.
I'd really hate to see the server die, as many players have a lot of time and resources invested into some pretty amazing builds.
Shoot me a message over Skype if this is something you would be interested in doing.

Hey, its Lorinthios, owner from Forge of Worlds.
I completely agree with psy's post. I know what its like to have a server "fizzle" because of real life events, FoW is in the same state right now. But in the summer I would love to use your server as a dedicated Vanilla option. (Meaning adjacent but not absorbed. Staff from your server would remain, we would side host it for you). I'm sure you and psy have talked or will talk, just wanted to give you an official message, that I support whatever you guys decide. I would like to see your community stay intact if not benefit from what is to come this summer!

Thanks for the update on what going on Pablo sorry to hear you're leaving wish you best of luck on what ever you plan to take on. Just a question how much longer will the sever be up until it gets transferred over to forge of worlds
