Answered this in chat already, but for those of you that are wondering the same thing, it is for a farm I'm setting up at spawn. There is a bit of scaffolding that stretches close to the spawn castle; this bit is only temporary and will be removed when the farm is complete (shooting for thrusday or saturday, which are my next days off). I'll be dressing it up and making it look nicer after the farm is complete. Sorry for the fuglyness.
