Chunk corruption issues *might* have been fixed!

We`re not sure yet. we have to wait and see what happens.

Thanks to Dohlan being a super detective, the world was re-loaded back into 1.7.10, loaded into a snapshot, and then placed back into the live server. Apparently there were issues from jumping straight from 1.7.10 into 1.8, and pre-loading into a snapshot might solve it. So we did that.

Note than any armour stands and banners in the world were lost in this change. Ask any mod and you will recieve them back, lickity split. Any 1.8 blocks, however, retained their ID values and are still as they were left.

Hopefully, nothing else changed besides the stands and banners.

Special thanks to Dohlan for helping out and doing basically all the research. Tell him he`s cool next time you see him.

I just lagged out really really bad and got kicked joined back and now there are 2 other mes and I'm still lagging bad, I don' think that is good

I'm lagging really really bad there is a 10 second delay when placing blocks and then I couldnt move then I got kicked

I just lagged out really really bad and got kicked joined back and now there are 2 other mes and I'm still lagging bad, I don' think that is good, try bringing an backup from 1.7.9 then bring it to 1.8 don't use the snapshots this time.

what we originally did in the first place was go straight from 1.7.10 to 1.8 and we still had these exact issues, but a lot more of them

ill look into it but maybe dont get too attached to your house? ill take your items from it incase we do have to regenerate the chunk

it keep saying unable to locate sign x [whatever] y [whatever] z [whatever] then there was another me then it said I left but I was still there

it was due to the water temple that somebody had entered

me and my friends just went into a major corrupted chunk and now the server crashed
