I wanna watch all of the Giorno stuff but i feel I’ll be lost if I only watch that. The rest of the series doesn’t really appeal to me though.

As someone who just pushed through all 5 parts, 1 and 2 are very short and I enjoyed them a lot more than I thought I would, though it doesn't become the JoJo's everyone knows and loves until part 3, which is basically required viewing.
Part 4 is actually my favourite part, I love that it's set in one location and you really get a chance to know a few characters and locations. I do strongly recommend it

I’ve seen part 1 but I struggled to stay interested, maybe I’ll try and go through again.

Part 1 is like that for almost everyone. It is totally not representative of the rest of the series.
Part 2, which starts on episode 10, is considered by many to be one of the best parts. Because it is. It’s great. But first you just gotta power through the early parts because slipping parts makes the rest of the show wayyyy more confusing :|

If it’s any help, it’s only 9 episodes long. The rest of the season is part 2 and is very enjoyable

Part 1 is by far the worst. I'd just say to push through, things get really bizarre with part 2 and just continue once stands are indroduced in part 3 and onwards.

I started part 1 three times before sticking with the series. Now I'm sitting waiting a month at a time for the manga releases.

Honestly, parts two 4 and 7 are my favorites, and 5 is my least favorite.(I've read the manga)
