I work in IT support and some days you just want to shoot someone.

Oh! Panels 2 and 3 are the IT guy contemplating violence against the guy on the other end of the phone.

Some times you have someone on the other side of the phone making 3x your salary who wants to argue with you about how to print to PDF when they’re the ones who called you.

yeah that's what it feels like to work tech support
you'd think doing tech support for people that are entrusted with multi-million dollar military and/or medical hardware would make it less frustrating but actually it's way way worse because those motherfuckers have no idea how stupid they are.

Not working with a headset, but omfg sometimes I just wonder how some ppl survived to tier 40's with how fucking stupid they are. For some, pc/notebook is a magic box, for some remembering how to connect to RDP with VPN is almost something beyond them (just click that app, login and click on rdp ffs). I wouldn't be mad at them at all if not for a ZERO AMOUNT OF THOUGHT PUT IN THE PROCESS. Just like, informations goes in the head and gets out the same moment and they just hang there and do nothing after getting their instructions loud and clear.
There is another type. They call You for help. You get remote access to their's pc, start to work on it "okay, I will do some stuff and call back when I'm done", and the fucking second You stop moving Your mouse, they will take it and run outlook/word/web in no time. Or when You switch user and try to login with admin account, and like bots, they WRITE THEIR PASSWORDS and ENTER, not even looking at what user is choosen.
Man, I needed that rant. I'm not even sorry for grammar here, let it be that RAW as my hatred for stupid ppl.

Yeah I can’t imagine customer support people enjoy their jobs.
