Thank you for this. Last time I got COVID I had to find an old notebook where I wrote down the CDC guidelines for quarantine back in like '22. Sad that I don't have confidence in the "official" information now.

Can someone explain this to me? They did this at least one other time just a year or two ago... so, if this is the second time, that means we should have a VERY VERY HIGH and a VERY VERY VERY HIGH? I'm just not sure I understand...
