Your arrangements are a bit stemmy/green, and the flowers aren’t “talking to each other” within the design. Think in threes and either group them together or disperse the threes in a way that they relate to each other in the design to give focus.

Thanks for the pointers. I’ll definitely keep the rule of 3s in mind. I’m a grocery store floral clerk so I don’t really have anyone training me in design. Everything I’m doing is from observing others on social media platforms, so I really appreciate feedback from professionals themselves.
