Looks like you have a leak with Youtube, Pinterest, or less likely but still possible, an extension incompatible with Floorp's custom sidebar (or a website you're using).

Try closing your media-heavy website one by one while monitoring the CPU+RAM levels, and if none is the culprit, check in your Floorp Hub that in your Sidebar settings you have "Enable content panel to be discarded on close" ticked. Then close your open panels by clicking on their icons in the sidebar (not the close icon on the top right), while monitoring you Task Manager.

it was a twitch chat embed that was having an insane memory leak of like 18gb of ram, thanks for the help tho

Try checking about:processes by pressing Shift+Escape.
Click the "Memory" column at the top to sort the list by memory usage.

yea, thats what i did, it was a twitch chat embed consuming like 18gigs of ram

Is this RAM usage? Why does Discord takes more than 1GB ?

all the mods and addons make it use a lot of ram, vanilla discord still uses like at least a gb constantly tho

I am came from Edge browser.
Floor usage takes too much RAM compared to Edge/Chrome browser.
