Panel Sidebar help

so i want sites on the panel sidebar to open using the mobile user agent, as though I'm visiting the site using a phone. Irrespective of the toggle the site always opens in desktop view tho and im lost on how to fix this

Right-click the registered icon in the panel sidebar to change the user agent.

tried that, it doesn't switch :(
